Random Science Post

Up until recently, scientists were able to find small black holes and other supermassive blackholes (and by supermassive they mean black holes so big their gravitational pull keep entire galaxies together), but they were not able to find medium sized black holes. The Washington Post is reporting that scientists using the Hubble Space Telescope have discovered the first medium-sized black holes. These medium-sized black holes are keeping medium-sized galaxies (known as "globular clusters") together, which is leading scientists to wonder if there are proportionally sized black holes at the center of all galaxies.
