Newsflash: LPGA is not NBA Paula Creamer won last week's LPGA event, the Sybase Classic, at the age of 18. This week, she is skipping the LPGA Corning Classic so she can attend her high school graduation. Remember the flak that star athletes have gotten in the past for making such a decision? I recall the grief that was thrown at Vince Carter when he chose to attend graduation ceremonies in Chapel Hill in 2001. I bet you won't hear any such criticism aimed at Paula...I wonder why that is?
